Drilling out underneath acrylic free-edge

To clean away the natural fingernail underneath the acrylic free-edge. 
Note:
As the natural fingernail grows out, the tip of the natural fingernail will usually start separating from the acrylic free-edge.  If you do not drill away or smooth the natural fingernail down to the acrylic, the natural fingernail can collect debris between it and the acrylic.
