Hema-Free Primer Bond
The HEMA-Free Primer Bond is a gentle, non-acid primer that dehydrates and prepares the natural nail for strong, lasting adhesion — no harsh ingredients, no irritation, and no extra prep products needed. It’s the first step in the Tammy Taylor HEMA-Free System, designed especially for clients with nail sensitivities and allergies. TPO-Free.
“My HEMA-Free System was created specifically for people who have nail sensitivities and allergies. My favorite part of the HEMA-Free System is you can turn any gel manicure into a HEMA-free nail service, while still using your favorite color gel polishes.”
— Tammy Taylor
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT:
• Non-acid formula that preps nails without irritation
• Dehydrates and primes for perfect gel adhesion
• No additional prep products required
• Designed for sensitive nails and clients with allergies
• Works seamlessly with any color gel polish
NOTE:
Many nail products in the industry contain HEMA. The Tammy Taylor HEMA-Free System encapsulates products that do, preventing HEMA from touching the nail or skin.
HOW IT WORKS:
The HEMA-Free System forms a protective “sandwich” that keeps HEMA and TPO ingredients from contacting the natural nail or skin.
Step One: Apply HEMA-Free Primer Bond and HEMA-Free Base Gel to create a barrier.
Step Two: Apply your favorite gel polish color.
Step Three: Finish with HEMA-Free Top Gel to fully encapsulate and seal the color.

WHAT IS HEMA?
HEMA (Hydroxyethyl Methacrylate) is a common ingredient in gels and monomers that helps adhesion but can cause sensitivity in some individuals. Less than 2% of users may experience a reaction — the HEMA-Free System provides a safer option for those with sensitive nails or skin.
